Service Agreement Creative Coderz provides web design, development, digital marketing, branding, and related services based on the package or custom agreement selected by the client. Work begins only after confirmation, required details, and advance payment.

Payments & Fees
- A non-refundable advance payment is required to start the project.
- Remaining payment is due before project handover or website launch.
- All prices are subject to change based on project requirements or additional features requested by the client.

Revisions
- Each service/package includes a specific number of revisions.
- Additional revisions or major redesigns will be charged separately.

Project Timeline
- Timelines depend on the client’s feedback, content submission, and approval speed.
- Delays in providing content, images, or information may extend the timeline.

Content & Material Submission Clients must provide logo files, text content, images, product details, and any required material. Creative Coderz is not responsible for copyright issues related to client-submitted content.

Website Launch & Handover
- Final files, website access, or credentials will be shared only after full payment is received.

Refund Policy Due to the nature of digital and creative services, all payments are non-refundable, including advances and completed work.

Maintenance & Support Maintenance services (updates, security checks, backups) are not included unless subscribed to separately. Any post-launch changes beyond agreed scope will be chargeable.

Third-Party Services For domains, hosting, plugins, or third-party integrations:
- Creative Coderz is not responsible for downtime, errors, renewal charges, or third-party policy changes.
- Clients must maintain active licenses for premium themes or plugins.

Intellectual Property
- After final payment, the client owns the completed website design and content.
- Source files, premium assets, or editable design files may have additional charges unless included in the package.

Privacy & Data Usage We protect your personal and business information and do not share it without consent, except when legally required.

Limitation of Liability Creative Coderz is not liable for any loss, damage, or business interruption caused by:
- Third-party services
- Server issues or hosting downtime
- Security breaches on client-managed platforms
- Improper client updates or changes made without approval
