No Refund on Services Due to the nature of creative and digital work, all payments—advance or full—are non-refundable.

Advance Payments Project initiation requires an advance payment. This fee covers planning, resource allocation, and initial work and is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Cancellation by Client If a client decides to stop the project midway:
- No refunds will be provided for completed or ongoing work.
- Additional charges may apply for partially completed modules or designs.

Project Delays No refunds will be issued for delays caused by:
- Incomplete client information
- Late approvals
- Lack of content or feedback
- Third-party issues (hosting, domain, plugins, etc.)

Digital Products & Deliverables All digital files, designs, website builds, and assets are non-refundable once delivered.
Service Agreement
This Service Agreement outlines the responsibilities of both Creative Coderz and the client.

Project Start A project begins only after:
- Advance payment
- Client confirmation
- Required details/materials are submitted

Scope of Work Each project follows the scope discussed and finalized during onboarding. Any additional features or changes requested later:
- Will be considered extra work
- Will be charged separately

Client Responsibilities Clients must provide:
- Accurate information and timely feedback
- Content, images, logos, and product details
- Account access (if required)

Communication Project communication will happen through official Creative Coderz channels (WhatsApp, email, or project management tools). Clients should respond promptly to avoid delays.

Delivery & Payment
- Final work, files, or credentials will be delivered only after full payment.
- Delayed payments may pause or stop the project.

Revisions
- Each package includes limited revisions.
- Major redesigns or extra revisions will be billed separately.

Ownership After the final payment:
- The client owns the final website and design.
- Source files (AI, PSD, Figma) may require additional charges unless included in the package.

Maintenance Post-launch support is included only if the client has a maintenance plan. Without a plan, updates/fixes will be billed per task or hourly.

Third-Party Costs Creative Coderz is not responsible for:
- Hosting/server downtime
- Domain or plugin renewal costs
- Third-party service failures

Termination Creative Coderz reserves the right to terminate a project for:
- Non-payment
- Irresponsible behavior
- Misuse of our services
- Breach of terms
